It’s good it’s made a huge difference. We’re really pleased with it and my Mam is finding it easy to use. Everyone we have spoken to have been very helpful. It’s good to speak to someone who has an insight into what problems you can encounter when dealing with someone with mobility problems. The engineer who fitted the lift was really good and took his time to demonstrate everything to my Mam. It’s great to deal with a company like Easy Lift who have a good rapport with their customers.

It’s lovely and has definitely had a positive impact. I was really impressed at how quickly it could be fitted. It was a really efficient service. The fitting was very clean and tidy, I just left him to it.

It’s fantastic, my mother has taken to it readily, she prefers using the remotes to the toggle on the arm but overall it has been a good decision to get put in. She’s become quite adept at using it.

The fitting was fine and the lad was brilliant. The stairlift hasn’t really been used yet though he can’t weight bear on his legs yet but I’ve used it a couple of times myself when I’m tired.

Brilliant, smashing – Mam can’t remember how to work it on her own but carer and me and my sister are helping her to use it to get up/down in the morning and at night. It’s doing the job. Initially, I attended the showroom to have demonstrated the 2 different lifts that were suitable for my curved staircase. Lynn’s detailed product knowledge was second to none. She was able to help and advice to what would be the best option for me, all the ins and outs and what to watch out for. Lynn is an asset to this company she was really pleasant and not at all pushy, my daughter was also very impressed. I did get quotes from other companies and although price wise they were similar what really helped me decide was Easy Lift’s future pricing for when my stairlift comes out of the two year warranty. They are also a local company which I feel has made my experience more personal.

We rang Easy Lift as our existing stairlift broke down, it was very old and we knew it was on it’s last runs. We rang Easy Lift as a friend had an Easy Lift stairlift in their home, they attended and looked at our lift, when it couldn’t be repaired, Easy Lift attended the next day to install a rental lift for us. Everything has been great; the rental option means that we no longer need to worry financially, what we pay covers all servicing and breakdown.

I really couldn’t fault the service I have received from Easy Lift Stairlifts. The company was recommended by a friend who is also a Health Care Professional, both Lynn in the office and Craig who came to install the stairlift they were both very nice, lovely really. Delighted with our stairlift installation, it is ideal for what my husband needs. Their prices are encouraging and we were most pleased with the convenience of the rental lift as we are unsure on how long this lift will be needed but the flexibility of the rental contracts is just what we need.

First Class Service from Lee & his team! Here at Vindomora Country Lodges in Ebchester, we recently opened a restricted mobility lodge. We approached Easy Lift and arranged a site visit. Lee McDonald, Company Director attended and assessed our requirements and within a short period of time, the company installed ceiling track hoist systems, one in a bedroom and another system over the hot tub. This all took place between guests leaving in the morning and new guests arriving later that day. Very clean and tidy work at competitive rates. Highly recommend.
