Lee McDonald – Company Director

Lee McDonald has over 3 decades experience as a JIB Approved Electrician, but for the past 2 decades he has specialised in the Stairlift Industry. Lee has worked for leading Stairlift Manufacturers and has been involved in Technical Support, Research and Development on both a National and International level. Lee has an extensive knowledge of all of the products and ensures he is always up to date with the new technological developments within the industry. As Company Director of Easy Lift, Lee has established a whole range of satisfied customers including households, charities, local authority contracts and a variety of Health Care providers.

 

Michael Wright – Senior Installation Engineer

Michael Wright is a skilled and dedicated engineer, and qualified domestic electrical installer. He has over 30 years’ experience in the Stairlift industry, where he has progressed from the factory assembly line to Senior Installation Engineer. Consequently, he knows every facet of the industry. Michael has been with the company since 2007 and his exemplary commitment to both to customer service and engineering is commendable.

 

Lisa McDonald – Company Director

After a career in primary school teaching, Lisa joined the company in 2015.  Responsible for implementing new client and telephone systems and moving premises to accommodate our stairlift showroom, Lisa now leads on marketing and development.

 

James Armstrong – QS Electrician/Engineer

James is a qualified electrician who has transferred his skill admirably to the stairlift industry,  conversant with all stairlifts in both installation and maintenance.  James is assured in the installation of ceiling track hoists systems and our lead installer of home lifts.

 

Andrew Dickinson – Service and Repair Engineer

Andrew is a former mechanic and Customer Services Manager.  He has transitioned into the stairlift industry seamlessly in diagnosing and repairing faults.  Andrew is able to demonstrate his adaptability on assisting with the Home Lift installs and curved stairlift installations.

Craig Oliver – Engineer

Craig is an industry trained stairlift engineer serving his ‘time’ with Handicare Accessibility, a world renowned company in the stairlift market.  Craig’s knowledge of the products he installs is second to none and he has been instrumental in Easy Lift’s continued success in the stairlift rental business. Craig is also fully trained on the Home Lifts installations.

 

Mark Berry – Warehouse Operation and Repairs

Mark started his career in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and has transferred his considerable knowledge to the repair and servicing of our stairlift products. His skills have enabled Easy Lift to compete in a very competitive and time restrained market, ensuring lifts can be installed in as little as 24 hours.

 

Sharon Drummond – Customer Services Officer

A highly experienced administrator, Sharon joined our team in August 2018, having had various roles in the Civil Service, NHS and Durham County Council.  Sharon’s cheerful, professional attitude compliments our Customer Services Team.

 

Lesley McNally – Customer Services Officer 

Lesley came to us in June 2019 having worked in the service industry over 3 decades.  Lesley’s thorough and persistent approach has contributed to quickly becoming a highly valued member of our team.

 

Lynn Holburn – Office Manager

Lynn has an exceptional reputation of managing and developing companies. Formally with internationally renowned stairlift companies  Bison Bede and Freelift , as Customer Services and Installation Manager and with 20 years in the industry Lynn’s vast knowledge and experience is proving to be an asset to the continued success of Easy Lift.

 

Amy Sewell – Customer Services Officer

Amy has worked in administration for the past 13 years and particularly in more recent years in dedicated Customer Services roles.

She brings, with her, a lot of experience and skills.

 

Lewis Jameson – Apprentice Electrician

Lewis joined us in September 2021, to fulfil his apprenticeship with Easy Lift, learning about all aspects of the industry. Working alongside our experienced engineers Lewis will gain an extensive knowledge of the stairlift industry especially the electrical aspect. Lewis is proving to be an asset to our existing team.

 

Ian McGregor – Service Engineer

Ian has joined our servicing team bringing with him a wealth of engineering experience with 20+ years of installation and maintenance of sliding door systems. He has knowledge which will prove very useful in his new role with Easy Lift.

 

Jayne Bailey – Customer Services Officer

Jayne joined the team in February 2023. Jayne has experience in previous administrative and customer service roles which she has easily transferred to her existing role at Easy Lift, becoming a valuable member of our team.
