As you know, many of the remaining Covid-19 restrictions in England changed from Monday 19 July. However, we want to explain to the measures we will take to continue to ensure the safety of our customers.

Our priority is keeping you safe

Our number one priority is the safety of our clients and staff. Throughout the pandemic we have followed the Government’s Covid-19 safety rules for onsite visits to customer homes and also for customers to visit our showroom. Moving forward, we will continue to ask our customers to:-

SHOWROOM VISIT

• Wear a face covering when visiting our premises
• Use our hand sanitiser when you arrive
• Confirm that you don’t have any symptoms of Covid-19
• Call us if you need support and only attend our showroom in person if you have a booked appointment

We will be maintaining social distancing throughout our premises too, so please continue to follow any directions/instructions you receive from our staff.

HOME VISIT

• Our engineers will sanitise prior to entering the property
• Wear a face covering if necessary or requested to
• Use a distance sign to ensure 2m between themselves and the customer
• Ask you to remain in another room for the duration of their visit

Our showroom is available for appointments between 10.00am – 3.00pm – Monday to Friday.

During the recent months of lockdown and pandemic we have been continually open but with limited access to our customers due to Covid 19 restrictions. We thought our showroom could do with a lick of paint and therefore have taken the opportunity to give it a little revamp!

We do hope our customers like the finished result. We have also introduced a couple of new demonstration products – Mobility Scooters and Rise and Recline chair to add to our demo Stairlifts so customers are able to try out to ensure the products meet their individual requirements.

Following the Prime Ministers’ announcement last weekend we simply wanted to reassure all of our customers and prospective customers that during the next few weeks our showroom will remain open as considered essential operation under the current Covid 19 rules.

Should you wish to visit us, we would appreciate it if you could call our office on 01207 503600 to make an appointment. This will allow only one customer at a time at the showroom and give us a chance to clean and sanitise in between customers.

The announcement does not affect engineers visits to your home and our team will continue to follow government guidance including “HANDS, FACE and SPACE”.
