As you know, many of the remaining Covid-19 restrictions in England changed from Monday 19 July. However, we want to explain to the measures we will take to continue to ensure the safety of our customers.

Our priority is keeping you safe

Our number one priority is the safety of our clients and staff. Throughout the pandemic we have followed the Government’s Covid-19 safety rules for onsite visits to customer homes and also for customers to visit our showroom. Moving forward, we will continue to ask our customers to:-

SHOWROOM VISIT

• Wear a face covering when visiting our premises
• Use our hand sanitiser when you arrive
• Confirm that you don’t have any symptoms of Covid-19
• Call us if you need support and only attend our showroom in person if you have a booked appointment

We will be maintaining social distancing throughout our premises too, so please continue to follow any directions/instructions you receive from our staff.

HOME VISIT

• Our engineers will sanitise prior to entering the property
• Wear a face covering if necessary or requested to
• Use a distance sign to ensure 2m between themselves and the customer
• Ask you to remain in another room for the duration of their visit

Appointment availability

Our showroom is available for appointments between 10.00am – 3.00pm – Monday to Friday.
